Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive or marine industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marine service operations.
- Familiarity with service management software.
- Certification in customer service or related field.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their service needs in a friendly and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain service recommendations and answer any questions.
