Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a service management role, preferably in the marine or automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and automotive repair.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in marine service management or related field.
- Experience with body shop operations and line maintenance.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
