About the Role:
As a Service Manager at Rambo Marine, your major end result will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the service department. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Service. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer interaction to ensure a positive experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the automotive or marine industry
- Certification in automotive repair or related field
- Experience managing a body shop
- Knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the service department to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions
- Manage the shop and coordinate repairs for marine vessels
