Your Responsibilities:
- Support individuals in developing and practicing daily living skills to enhance their independence
- Assist participants with achieving goals outlined in their Individual Support Plan (ISP)
- Provide care in home and community settings
- Encourage engagement in meaningful activities including community access, health and wellness, and cultural or faith-based practices
- Document services accurately and submit timesheets and reports in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all HIPAA and company policies
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Reliability, empathy, and strong communication skills
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This role involves working in diverse settings, including participants’ homes and community locations. You may encounter varying conditions related to housing, temperature, and physical tasks like light cleaning or mobility support.

Experience:
- Medication administration: 1 year (Required)
- working with individuals with IDA: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
