- Manage the healthcare plan for assigned patient according to physician’s instructions
- Provide personalized care including bathing, grooming, and assistance with daily activities
- Monitor vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate records
- Check for signs of infection, bedsores, and wounds, and provide appropriate care
- Educate and advise caregivers in the household on patient care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare personnel to develop and improve the patient’s healthcare plan
- Provide palliative care as needed to ensure patient comfort and well-being
- Understanding of nursing principles and practices
- Compassion and empathy for patients and their families
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Peg Tube/G-Tube Experience (Required)
- Trach/Vent experience (Case-Dependent)
- CPR/BLS Certified (Required)
- Valid In-State Nursing License (LPN or RN) or Multi-State License (MSL) in Nursing (Required)
