We are currently looking for a Respite Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Home Health Aide (HHA) whose desire is to provide a safe, nurturing environment for our participants so they can thrive.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assists individuals in learning and developing new skills that will enhance opportunities for independence and inclusion. Support may occur in the home of the individual, or out in the community.
• Assists with attaining independence goals as described in the individual’s ISP to progress with their independence as adults.
• Produces accurate documentation of the services delivered. Documents care provided and response of the consumer/family. Submits time sheets and all other documentation in a timely manner.
• Performs all duties in an ethical manner and in compliance with local, state and federal laws, Medicare/Medicaid regulations and established personnel policies and procedures, including confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
  
  

Physical Demands

• This position requires the employee to work in a variety of environments (housing styles, cleaning and maintenance, heating, and cooling) during visits to participants in their place of residence.
• Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation (Required)
  
  

Knowledge And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Bilingual (Preferred)
  
  

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, and Backup positions available

Hourly Rate: $18.00 – $23.00 (Based on Experience & Type of Service)

• Supported Living Services (SLS) Caregiver: $20.00 – $23.00
• Respite Caregiver: $18.00 – $20.00
