Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily administrative functions, manage resources, and implement efficient processes to enhance productivity in our Charleston, SC office. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a well-organized, efficient work environment while contributing to hiring efforts and supporting overall business operations.
Location: Charleston, SC
Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm; 40 Hours/Week
Pay: $22-$25/hr

Responsibilities:
Daily Operations & Resource Management
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the office to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage office resources, including equipment, supplies, and facilities, to maintain a productive workplace.
Policy & Compliance
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulations.
- Maintain a secure and compliant office environment aligned with workplace safety standards.
Hiring & Staffing
- Track staffing requirements and assist in hiring new employees as needed.
- Support recruitment efforts, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Train new employees on office procedures and company policies.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to support efficient operations.
Problem-Solving & Strategic Planning
- Identify and resolve operational challenges efficiently to minimize disruptions.
- Contribute to strategic planning efforts, aligning office operations with company goals.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, operations, marketing, or recruitment support roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams).
- Knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
