*Job Summary*
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to provide care and support to individuals with disabilities in home care setting.
*Duties*
- Assist individuals with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with patient observation and monitoring
- Help individuals with developmental disabilities achieve personal goals
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all individuals under care
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in patient care or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and vital signs
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
-Must have valid driver's license and personal vehicle *
