- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and skill development.
- Support individuals with autism through tailored approaches that cater to their unique needs.
- Facilitate communication between clients and their families or caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Document daily activities and progress in accordance with organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and home health care practices is beneficial.
