• Provide direct care to patients with intellectual or developmental disabilities, including assistance with daily activities and bathing/grooming
• Conduct regular assessments to identify potential health risks and intervene accordingly
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care coordination
Essential Qualifications:
* Valid In-State Nursing License (LPN) or Multi-State License (MSL) in Nursing
* CPR/BLS Certified
* Peg Tube/G-Tube Experience
