The Operation assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to participants by coordinating services, responding to phone calls, assisting with office administrative tasks, and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to multitask. The member services representative should be empathetic and able to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
· Responding to incoming phone calls and providing a friendly and exceptional experience.
· Coordinating services to participants by gaining access to needed waiver services, MA
State Plan services, and other medical, social and educational services.
· Assisting with company car maintenance, including taking company cars to the dealership for maintenance, ensuring the cars are full of the appropriate appliances and cleaned.
· Leading monthly company fire drills.
· Replenishing office supplies to ensure the office is well stocked and prepared for the workday.
· Greeting guests in a timely manner with respect and kindness.
· Performing light cleaning duties as needed.
· Assisting with office administrative tasks and company projects.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Prior customer service experience.
· proficiency in Microsoft office.
· ability to navigate and perform searches on the internet.
· Effective communication and problem solving skills.
· Time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
