Program Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their well-being and quality of life
- Provide social work support and guidance to program participants and their families
- Develop and implement program policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Manage program budgets, including monitoring expenses and ensuring financial sustainability
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funding sources
- Supervise a team of program staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure effective service delivery
- Monitor program outcomes and make adjustments as necessary to meet goals and objectives

Skills:
- Strong background in working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices
- Ability to effectively manage programs and resources
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and record keeping
- Excellent relationship management skills to build partnerships with stakeholders
- Understanding of behavioral health concepts and strategies
- Experience in supervising staff members, providing leadership and guidance
- Strong program management skills, including planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Ability to contribute to program development initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
