We are looking for a mission driven Clinical Services Supervisor to join our team!
The Supervisor of Clinic Services works as part of the medical team performing clinical and administrative duties necessary to accomplish organizational and patient care goals. The Supervisor of Clinic Services is responsible for the direct supervision of Medical Assistants (MA), Health Assistants (HA), and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT). The Supervisor of Clinic Services coordinates and oversees clinic throughput and is responsible for outcomes and compliance of the clinic operations in collaboration with appropriate managers, directors, and senior leaders.
This is a full-time position located on our main campus (30th & L). The schedule will be 40 hours per week; generally, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish required.
- Certified Nurses Assistant or Medical Assistant or Emergency Medical Technician required.
- Medication Aide certificate required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two to three years of related work experience required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) / Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
