Description
The EHR Systems Analyst I staff serves as the primary help desk and network support contact for all Heartland Community Health Network activities. Our staff must understand how IT problems affect clinic flow, and therefore must continuously aim to eliminate these problems.
This is a full-time position located on our main campus (30th & L). The schedule will be 40 hours per week; generally, Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in computer-related field preferred, OR at least 2 years of equivalent work experience in all phases of computer operations required.
- Previous experience with Help Desk or Desktop Support preferred.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records or Health Care Environment preferred.
- Experience with modern Windows operating systems preferred.
- Experience supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops preferred.
