This is a full-time position located on our main campus (30th & L) . The schedule will be 40 hours per week; generally, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm or 11am to 8pm.

The Patient Registration Specialist serves as one of the first point of contacts for patients and visitors of the clinic. Responsibilities include providing prompt, informative and professional customer service to visitors, patients and staff, as well as ensuring timely, accurate and secure registration of patients.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish required.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Products required.
- Prior work experience in a medical office and/or customer service preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
- Must possess strong customer service skills, high attention to detail, effective teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate filing system for the retrieval of needed information.
- Demonstrated ability to relate with warmth and empathy to OneWorld patients and staff.
