Description
We are looking for a mission driven Pharmacy Customer Service & Delivery Specialist to join our team!
The Pharmacy Customer Service & Delivery Specialist is a member of the Pharmacy Department whose primary responsibility is to coordinate the delivery of medications to patients’ homes. The Pharmacy Customer Service & Delivery Specialist is responsible for organizing and controlling all day-to-day activities around medication delivery. They will ensure the effective, efficient, and secure processes around medication delivery and secure payments. Additionally, when not delivering medications, the Pharmacy Customer Service & Delivery Specialist will assist with daily cash register operations in the pharmacy.
This is a full-time position located on our main campus (30th & L). The schedule will be 40 hours per week; generally, Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 18 years of age required.
- One or more years of work-related driving experience required.
- One or more years of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
- Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
- Demonstrated math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) required.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish required.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with OneWorld patients and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, but to also work well in a team environment.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated awareness of and sensitivity towards the needs of low-income and medically underserved populations.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
