We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is reliable and customer service focused. The selected candidate will receive, refill, and mail prescriptions as requested by patients. They will process the sale and run the cash register. This person will also assist with inventory management of over-the-counter items, snacks and maintain patient records and insurance information in the pharmacy system.
OneWorld has a part-time position located on our Main Campus in South Omaha (30th & L). The part-time schedule will be 20 hours a week between the hours of 9:15am-6:15pm, Monday- Friday, with a rotating Saturday shifts from 8:00am-1:00pm depending on need.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 18 years of age required.
- Licensure as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of Nebraska preferred; license eligibility required.
- One or more years of cash handling experience in a work environment required.
- Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) and internet usage required.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish required.
- Effective communications skills (verbal and written) required.
- Demonstrated math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division along with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service, while exhibiting a positive and proactive attitude.
- Demonstrated organizational skills, with a high attention to detail and strong trouble-shooting/follow-up skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, balancing responsibilities and work projects with minimal direction, but also function well in a team environment.
- Demonstrated understanding and awareness of assistance programs, community resources, and the needs of low-income and medically underserved populations
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups in a coordinating role.
