We are looking for a mission-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team!
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a critical member of OneWorld’s team, cultivating relationships with individuals passionate about working at a mission focused community health center. In this highly visible role, they collaborate closely with organizational leaders, hiring managers, and vendors. Beyond traditional recruitment, the recruiter drives the adoption of best practices and contributes to shaping the organization’s overall recruitment strategy in partnership with the Director of Human Resources. This position is a dynamic blend of strategic influence and hands-on recruitment expertise. This position does require a flexible schedule of nights and weekends to help the organization meet its recruitment goals.
This is a full-time position located on our main campus (LSX North, 30th & L). The schedule will be 40 hours per week; generally, Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field with a minimum of three years experience in recruitment and interviewing. PHR or SPHR preferred.
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems, specifically with a talent management or recruitment module is a must. Experience with PAYCOM specifically is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing moderate volume full-cycle recruiting.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required; Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
- Excellent computer/documentation skills are a must.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate positive relationships with individuals who have a broad range of experience and skill levels, from those with high school education to experienced professionals.
- Personable, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanor
- Strong follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple details and deadlines simultaneously.
- Analytical skills, including development and analysis of metrics for evaluation.
