We are looking for a mission driven WIC Clerk to join our team!
The WIC Clerk assists the OneWorld Community Health Centers staff in achieving quality outcomes, particularly in the nutrition area by working with others to provide quality customer service. The WIC Clerk is responsible for directing and coordinating patient flow in the WIC Clinic and for general patient care. The WIC Clerk greets and directs patients in a friendly and courteous manner, clearly communicates, leads by example, focuses on achieving the organization's vision, and is a team builder.
This is a full-time position located on our main campus (30th & L). The schedule will be 40 hours per week; Monday-Wednesday-Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday, 9:00am-6:00pm, Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm and occasional Saturdays, 8:00am-12:00pm
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and typing, required.

Spanish/English verbal proficiency required. English written proficiency required.

Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks.

Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and work independently.
