**Role Description**
This equity commission based, full-time Co-Founder Business Development (Healthcare/BPO) role at OneZero Solutions involves overseeing business development activities in the healthcare and BPO sectors. The role includes driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading initiatives to onboard hospitals and clinics for our specialized healthcare services. This on-site position is focused on developing business opportunities and fostering client relationships.
In this role, the incumbent will work closely with the founders to build operational and revenue aspects by establishing relationships with healthcare institutions, identifying new business development opportunities, developing a sales pipeline, and creating, refining, and delivering presentations for smooth onboarding.
This is an equity commission role and the individual must have a strong relationship with primary care physicians.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in business development within the healthcare or BPO industries
- Ability to build a list of prospects using various online & offline channels and refine the sales presentation for provider onboarding
- Experience in building relationships with doctors and bringing them on board by pitching our BPO solutions
- Ability to work closely with providers to resolve challenges that may arise after clients are onboarded
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and build partnerships
- Strong understanding of operational efficiency and process optimization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
