Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Lead Solutions Architect - Software Engineering to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and leading the development of innovative software solutions, managing complex IT projects, and driving digital transformation initiatives. You will leverage your extensive experience in software development, cloud computing, and DevSecOps to ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the strategic application of software solutions.
Essential Duties :
- Lead the development and deployment of cloud-based solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Guide teams toward common goals and work with developers in pair-programming to solve issues and bugs immediately.
- Architect and design scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions.
- Manage IT projects from inception to completion using Agile methodologies.
- Conduct solution demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and deliver customer presentations as part of pre-sales activities.
- Shape technical solutions for new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and technical documentation.
- Implement and oversee DevSecOps practices to ensure secure and efficient CI / CD pipelines.
- Develop and manage mobile applications, leveraging low-code / no-code platforms.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve business operations and customer experiences.
- Ensure compliance with DoD and Federal Standards, including obtaining ATO for IT systems.
