Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Assistant to join our team. This role is to buy-back VP of Operations Time, you will help support VP in the best way possible to take administrative tasks off his shoulders. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and be proficient in managing schedules, data entry, and general office tasks.
Duties
The day-to-day tasks include providing administrative support to the VP of Operations for example: Calendar management, email management, feedback and reporting, meeting coordination, team communication.
- Capability to learn new skills like our bidding software
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to construction projects
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating project timelines, tracking materials, and documenting progress reports.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred; experience in a construction environment is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices; ability to handle inquiries effectively.
- Must be able to work well independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
