Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 6:00am-2:30pm
Job Summary: Responsible for assuring work processes are completed and performed properly. Safely and securely sort pallets at a rate that meets company standards and in a manner that meets company safety standards. Oversees and manages woodchip grinder. Operates forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count pallets. Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Conducts operations in a manner than promotes safety and complies with OSHA standards. Assists the KeHE team with planning and the fulfillment of objectives. Provides the KeHE team with frequent updates, results, and recommendations.

What You Bring
- Ability to repair and tear down pallets.
- 1 - 2 years experience working in a warehouse preferred.
- Mechanical understanding preferred.
- Experience within pallet recycling industry preferred.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
- Ability to make decisions regarding movement of pallets and material to maximize the efficiency of the location.
- Ability to work overtime and be on-call as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
