Your Role :
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and plan complex R&Dactivities with a strong AI focus. At ItJim you will need to lead multiple highimpact projectssimultaneously ensuring that all are delivered on time within scope and aligned withbusiness objectives.
You will work with multiple crossfunctional teams including AI and Robotics expertsSoftware engineers as well as company stakeholders. It is important to mention that theProject Manager at ItJim is a guy with a blend of product vision and ownership taskmanagement people management and overall technological maturity.
Responsibilities and duties :
- Project planning and scheduling (including presale activities)
- Business analysis (transforming of business vision into technical requirements
- Managing multiple projects in parallel
- Collaboration and coordination of several engineering teams
- Facilitation of regular team meetings to ensure that every single detail is alignedperfectly (daily meetings brainstorm sessions retrospective meetings etc.)
- Interviewing and hiring new team members (fullcycle engagement)
- Resource management
- Regular reporting to the company stakeholders (CEO COO CTO)
- Project delivery (you are not afraid to talk both technical and business languages)
- Testing of developed AI technologies and products as a user
