Our client is looking for a Technical Product Manager to collaborate closely with engineering teams, estimate work, and ensure timely delivery. You will work alongside the Product Design team to evaluate and simplify requirements, communicate them effectively to engineers, and oversee a smooth delivery process. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who actively supports development teams in delivering planned work efficiently.

This role requires managing multiple projects at different stages—whether it’s preparing project plans for development handoff, overseeing ongoing development, or handling post-launch maintenance and feature iterations. You will ensure each product’s success by aligning business objectives with technical execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain the product roadmap and backlog based on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Work closely with engineers to estimate work, track progress, and update estimates as the team advances.

Create PRDs, briefs, diagrams, and other documentation to align all stakeholders toward a clear strategy.

Lead the internal product development process throughout the design and development phases, providing updates on requirements and status.

Collaborate with designers to document product experience requirements.

Review specifications and high-fidelity design documents, providing accurate timeline estimates for features and products.

Work closely with engineering teams throughout the development cycle to refine and deliver high-quality product requirements.

Regularly monitor and report on product performance.

Run daily standups to track project status and provide clarifications.

Test, accept, or reject work throughout a project.

Present development team accomplishments to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements :

3 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager at a technology company.

Prior software engineering experience is strongly preferred.

Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Pivotal Tracker).

Familiarity with design and productivity tools (Figma, Notion, Slack).

Knowledge of Ruby on Rails and React / React Native is strongly preferred.

Proven experience shipping B2B products that solve meaningful customer problems.

Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to champion ideas to fruition.

Experience developing products designed for technical customers and scaling them to enterprise-level problems.

Background in building products for Enterprise or similarly complex customers.

Experience working with a remote development team across multiple time zones.

Strong ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Self-starter who is genuinely interested in new technology and its impact.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience in creating and maintaining product documentation, including product requirements, diagrams, acceptance criteria, and KPIs.

Strong prioritization skills when making decisions between competing priorities.
