Were looking for a resultsdriven UX / UI Designer to create highconverting digital experiences for our web and mobile products. Youll work closely with our experienced Product Managers to shape product strategy and deliver designs that drive measurable business results. Your role will be crucial in improving conversion rates and overall product performance.
Requirements
- 5 years of UX / UI design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating highquality work and attention to detail
- Figma Expert Youre comfortable working with design systems components variables autolayout etc..
- Experience in prototyping with Figma You dont deliver just mockups but fully functional interactive prototypes.
- Experience in performanceoriented funnels and landings where conversion is a primary requirement
- Strong understanding of user behavior & psychology
- Strong understanding of responsive design best practices (many of our projects are mobile first)
- Understanding frontend development principles at a basic level You wont be required to write code but you need to have an idea how something youve designed is gonna be implemented in the real world.
- Excellent communication skills for crossfunctional collaboration
- Experience working in fastpaced product teams
