Job Overview
Seeking a committed, caring and compassionate ADvantage Case Manager. This remote position will be serving the northeast Oklahoma area, predominantly in Seminole, Hughes, and Okmulgee counties and will require knowledge and experience working with the aging population or with those with disabilities.
- Minimum Requirements:
- RN, LPN, or Bachelors' Degree in related field, plus one year of paid professional experience with the aging or disabled population.
- ADvantage Case Managment certificate preferred but with right experience can possibly get into certification classes.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all aspects of work.
- The ability to work independently but performs as a member of a team
- Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions, progress notes, and case files in compliance with organizational policies.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
