What You'll Do as an A&P Technician :

Maintain and repair aircraft components.

Conduct inspections, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft systems

Read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints

Complete all required documentation accurately and timely

Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

What You'll Need to Be Successful :

Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license

Minimum 2 years' experience working on aircraft (fixed wing, rotary, or military), with business aircraft experience.

Proficiency in interpreting and utilizing mechanical engineering drawings

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage and maintain a basic hand tool set (must have your own tools)

Willingness to obtain necessary Ground Support Equipment Qualifications

Flexibility to work unscheduled overtime, including weekends and holidays

Basic computer proficiency

Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge if required
