What You'll Do as an Assembler:
- You'll play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality products.
- Utilize microscopes, hand tools, and specialized equipment to assemble intricate components with accuracy.
- Inspect products meticulously, ensuring they meet strict quality standards.
- Read and interpret detailed drawings and work instructions.
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment.
- Collaborate as a team to achieve daily production goals.
Work Experience
We’re seeking candidates who bring a mix of skills, experience, and a can-do attitude! To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- HS diploma or GED
- A preference for detail-oriented, hands-on work—experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus but not required
- Ability to read product blueprints and basic computer skills for documentation
- Ability to use measuring instruments, such as calipers and gauges, and read measurements in millimeters
- Strong fine motor skills and manual dexterity, with the ability to complete assembly tasks by hand
- Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination to handle precise work
- Capable of lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit or stand for up to 75% of the shift
