As an Onsite Supervisor, you'll be the key link between our industrial teammates, clients, and branch, ensuring smooth operations at the client site. You'll build relationships, impact your community, and contribute to our clients' and teammates' success. Working closely with an Onsite Manager or Branch Manager, you will be instrumental in meeting and exceeding service objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to the success of both our clients and our teammates.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and Manage: Direct and oversee the onsite workforce, managing daily operations including check-ins, attendance, and scheduling to consistently meet and exceed client staffing requirements.
- Be the Point of Contact: Act as the primary client liaison, proactively addressing staffing needs, resolving issues swiftly, and escalating when appropriate to ensure client satisfaction.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with team members and clients to cultivate a positive and productive work environment.
- Champion Safety: Enforce strict adherence to company policies, client site regulations, and safety protocols through regular audits and training initiatives.
- Develop Talent: Evaluate employee performance, provide actionable feedback, and implement necessary disciplinary actions. Drive employee growth through effective coaching and mentoring.
- Ensure Compliance & Accuracy: Maintain accurate and compliant records of attendance, performance, and other critical data, generating regular reports for both Onin and the client.
- Streamline Operations: Manage essential administrative functions, including employee record maintenance, supply management, and badge production, to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Drive Onboarding & Recruitment: Lead a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, conducting comprehensive orientations and delivering essential training. Proactively source and build talent pipelines using diverse channels, including phone, text, email, social media, and in-person engagement.
- Source Top Talent: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to attract and secure high-quality candidates.
Work Experience
What You'll Bring:
- 2-4 years of experience in staffing, HR, or supervisory roles within a relevant industry.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Proficient in standard office technology (computers, phones).
- Ability to travel for client meetings and training.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated desire to help people and a strong willingness to learn.
- Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proactive and organized with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
- Adaptable to evolving market conditions and client needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
