As a Bilingual Staffing Assistant or Recruiter at Ōnin Staffing, you'll play a key role in connecting talented individuals with rewarding opportunities!

Bilingual Staffing Assistant:

• Onboarding: Guiding new hires through our onboarding process both virtually and in person.
• Administration: Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) required for efficient data entry and reporting.
• Client Relations: Provide excellent customer service for building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Bilingual Recruiter:

• Lead Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and hire top-tier candidates primarily within the light industrial sector (manufacturing, warehousing, logistics).
• Conduct Comprehensive Interviews: Assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure successful placements for both candidates and clients.
• Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to understand their unique hiring needs and foster collaborative success.
• Uphold Recruitment Standards: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and industry best practices.
• Drive Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

The Preferred Candidate Might Have:

• 1-year of experience in staffing, recruitment, customer service, account management, hospitality, retail, sales, or other related field.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Spanish.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and candidates.
• A dedicated team player with a proven track record of reliability and punctuality.
• An eagerness to learn and daptability to changing needs in a fast-paced office setting.
