What you'll do as a Bilingual Staffing/Office Assistant:
- Greet and support walk-in applicants and job seekers
- Answer phones and assist with basic questions or direct calls
- Assist recruiters in sourcing, attracting, and qualifying top talent for various open positions.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate files.
- Perform data entry and update candidate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to job seekers, teammates, and internal teams.
Work Experience
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have 1–2 years of experience in an office or customer service setting
- Are detail-oriented and organized (you like things neat and accurate!)
- Communicate clearly and enjoy talking with people
- Are bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Know your way around Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Bring a can-do attitude and enjoy working with a team
