- 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 1:30am
- Full-time: 40 hours per week overtime as needed
- Competitive Pay: $16.00/hr

What You’ll Do as a CNC Cutting Machine Operator:
- Efficiently operate Zund digital cutting hardware and software to manipulate various substrates, including: Vinyl, Vinyl Coated Mesh, PVC sheeting, acrylic, polycarbonate, sign foams, aluminum sign boards, and Foam core.
- Execute cutting methods such as routing, slicing, creasing, and more using drag knives, oscillating knives, rotating knives, and kiss cut knives.
- Maintain a high level of quality in every finished product.
- Organize workflow for easy tracking of job statuses.
- Collaborate with graphics production personnel to achieve common goals.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Will Have:
- Expertise: At least 2 years of experience setting up and operating CNC cutting machines.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Thinks creatively to find effective solutions.
- Self-Driven Mentality: Motivated to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Recognizes the impact of small details on overall quality.
- Accountability: Takes pride in their work, owning both successes and mistakes.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. independently and heavier items with team assistance.
