As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts. You will play a critical role in ensuring the precision and timely production of our products.
Monday-Friday
7am-3pm, opportunity to move to 2nd or 3rd shift
$19.97/hour with pay increases every 4 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machinery and monitor the production process.
- Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion.
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models.
- Load raw materials, and monitor output to ensure consistency with specifications.
- Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety standards.
Work Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a CNC machine operator
- Strong understanding of CNC operations, tooling, and controls.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
- Mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of standing for extended periods and handling heavy equipment.
