Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines, primarily Mazak machines, to produce high-precision parts for the oil and gas industry.
- Perform machine setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
- Work with mills and lathes to manufacture parts to exact specifications.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining operations.
- Ensure product quality by measuring and inspecting machined parts.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in optimal working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Work Experience
- Proven experience as a CNC machinist, particularly with Mazak machines.
- Expertise with mills and lathes.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to set up and troubleshoot CNC machinery.
- Knowledge of blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
