Ōnin Staffing is excited to offer a CNC Machinist opportunity with an Engineering & Product Development company in McCalla.
Pay: $35/hr | Shift: 1st | Temp-to-Perm
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and load/unload parts into Haas CNC mills/lathes
- Follow work instructions, drawings, and CAD designs
- Monitor machine performance, make minor adjustments, and troubleshoot issues
- Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure precision
- Maintain equipment and keep a clean, organized workspace
- Work closely with machinists and engineers to improve processes

Work Experience
Qualifications & Skills:
0-5 years CNC milling experience (Haas preferred)
Familiar with G-code and M-code (no programming required)
Ability to read technical drawings
Experience with basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
Basic shop math knowledge (fractions, decimals, conversions)
Strong attention to detail and minimal supervision required
Willingness to learn from senior machinists and engineers
