What You'll Do as a School Cook:
- You’ll play a key role in ensuring students enjoy well-prepared meals in a clean and efficient kitchen.
- Preparing and mixing ingredients for bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
- Cooking and garnishing hearty meals such as meats, vegetables, sandwiches, soups, and sauces.
- Operating fryers, griddles, and other kitchen equipment like a pro.
- Inspecting food for taste, appearance, and quality—only the best for our students and staff!
- Estimating quantities, managing supplies, and assisting with menu preparation.
Work Experience
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for cooking and food preparation.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team.
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train you!
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness in food preparation.
