Job Description

What you'll do as : Front Desk / Medical Assistant

  • Greeting and assisting patients, clients, and visitors
  • Maintaining knowledge of medical office standards
  • Collecting co-pays and outstanding balances
  • Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy
  • Assisting as a backup medical assistant when needed if certified

    • Work Experience

    The preferred candidate might :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • At least one year of experience in the medical field
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Certified Medical Assistant
