We're looking for reliable individuals to fill Manufacturing Associate positions, where you'll be involved in a variety of tasks including stacking corrugated products, conducting quality checks, material set-up, and keeping a clean and organized workspace.

Ideal candidates are motivated to learn new skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to advance within the company.

Shift hours are as follows:

2^nd: 1:50 pm - 10 pm

3^rd: 9:50 pm - 6 am

(1^st: 5:50 am - 2 pm: Only during training period 1 to 4 weeks)

Responsibilities Include:

• Safely performing a variety of tasks within the manufacturing environment
• Handling equipment, power tools, and materials in accordance with safety protocols
• Ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Completing quality checks to maintain product standards
• Operating complex machinery (training provided)
• Adhering to safety standards and following all company policies

• Must be willing to work any shift, including overtime if required
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs, and remain on your feet for up to 12 hours per day
• Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled conditions (temperature may vary)
• Basic math and computer skills required; able to read a tape measure and communicate in English
• Must adhere to all safety rules, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions, work independently, and operate manufacturing equipment
• Must pass safety and compliance training
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout your shift
• Must be able to work in a physically demanding role
• Ability to follow strict safety and operational guidelines

Additional Information:

• This position offers a temp-to-perm opportunity, meaning there is potential for long-term employment
• All employees must comply with company policies regarding safety and attire
• PPE is mandatory (e.g., safety-toed shoes, earplugs, safety glasses, gloves)
• No jewelry or hooded clothing allowed on the production floor
