What You'll Do as a Grounds Maintenance Associate:
- Assist employees with internal relocations by moving and arranging furniture, partitions, and other equipment according to specific directions.
- Cleans work areas, and performs heavy grounds maintenance, including but not limited to mowing, weed eating, fertilizing, leaf collection, planting and pruning, trash collection, and light irrigation.
- May perform other job duties as assigned.
Work Experience
Experience and Skills:
- Relevant trade school certification or other related education.
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of general maintenance in areas including light carpentry, basic electrical, HVAC, grounds maintenance, plumbing, and arranging furniture and partitions.
- At least 6 months experience with operating equipment, including but not limited to, mower, utility vehicle, tractor, forklift, and skid steer.
