What You'll Do as a Skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician:
- Daily duties Include: Maintaining and repairing industrial machinery and facilities.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all health, safety, building, and environmental regulations are met.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules, troubleshoot equipment issues, and conduct facility upkeep.
- Equipment Inspections: Perform regular inspections on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Inventory & Budgeting: Manage parts inventory, negotiate vendor contracts, and oversee maintenance costs.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to optimize maintenance processes.
Work Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- 5 years of proven industrial maintenance experience in a production environment
- Strong knowledge of machinery repair, mechanics, hydraulics, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. and stand for extended periods
