Essential Responsibilities
- Help current customers inside our current stores.
- Prepare quotes and invoices for all walk-in and call-in customers.
- Hear their needs and always try to push to increase their ticket size.
- Document customer feedback to the right departments.
- Always treat customers well and invite them to come back .
- Personal knowledge improvement. Advance your own professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and other educational training, participating in professional societies and industry networks, and reading professional and industry publications.
- Reports. All daily operations need to be uploaded in real time to our CRM to maintain a log and to generate reports on the activities in order to create data that can be used to improve the department in the future.
- Coordinating with IT department to ensure all sales computers and equipment is running up to speed.
- Support and give feedback to product development.
- Respect everyone in and out of the office.
- Keep a good image and good ethics in and out of the office.
- Support and spread a good company culture.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
