Your Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain injection molding equipment to meet production and quality standards.
- Conduct thorough product inspections and ensure accurate labeling.
- Perform mold changeovers and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Maintain detailed records and adhere to safety protocols.
- Identify and isolate non-conforming products.

- Reliable and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and weekends.

Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Might:
- Have 1 year prior experience operating machinery, preferably in a plastics injection environment.
- Possess the ability to walk/stand for the duration of the shift.
- Have the ability to arrive at work on time and on a regular basis.
- Have the ability to take direction and work well with others.
- Be able to react to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned
- Have the ability to count accurately.
- Must be willing to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices
