What You'll Do as a Nighttime Maintenance Technician:
- Diagnose & repair production equipment issues
- Use tools like multimeters, amp meters, and meggers
- Replace defective electrical/mechanical components
- Lead or support preventive maintenance shutdowns
- Document repairs and update schematics
- Monitor and maintain pumps, boilers, pneumatics, hydraulics, and more
- Assist with installations and upgrades
- Train others and stay sharp on new tech
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:
- 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting OR equivalent technical education
- Hands-on knowledge of extrusion equipment, gearboxes, drives, PLCs, AC/DC motors, and controls
- Comfort with schematics, calipers, gauges, and mechanical/electrical diagrams
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate clearly
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Notes)
- Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance or related field, is a plus
