What you'll do as: Mig Welder
- MIG and/or Flux Core welding on steel components
- Reading basic blueprints or work orders
- Prepping materials and setting up weld equipment
- Performing quality checks and making adjustments
- Following safety guidelines and wearing proper PPE
Work Experience
The preferred candidate might:
- 1 year of MIG or Flux Core welding experience
- Ability to pass a weld test
- Comfort with basic measurements and tools
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team-first mindset and pride in work
