- 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm
- Competitive Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour (depending on experience)

What You'll Do as a Mulcher / Heavy Equipment Operator:
- Operate and maneuver mulching equipment, including skid-steers, track loaders, and dedicated forestry mulchers (e.g., Kubota SVL75-3, Seppi Miniforst, Fecon).
- Attach and detach forestry mulchers safely and efficiently
- Navigate challenging terrains, including slopes, rocky ground, and dense vegetation
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
- Document daily activities and equipment usage
Work Experience
The Preferred Candiate Might:
- Have proven experience operating heavy machinery
- Have a strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Have a valid driver's license or CDL
- Have OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Have a strong commitment to safety and quality
