Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee and direct all night shift production activities, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met or exceeded.
● Supervise a team of 10–13 production staff across 2–3 active beverage lines.
● Monitor and drive the team to achieve or exceed nightly production volume targets.
● Lead pre-shift meetings to align team members on goals, updates, and expectations.
● Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, collaborating with maintenance and QA/QC teams.
● Ensure accurate and timely completion of all production and sanitation logs, including shift reports and output tracking.
● Use basic computer systems and software for data entry, email communication, and production reporting.
● Maintain a high level of attention to detail, especially with nightly documentation and compliance records.
Promote and enforce safety protocols, company policies, and GMP standards
Work Experience
Qualifications & Requirements:
● High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical training preferred.
● Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a production, copacking, or manufacturing environment.
● Proven ability to manage teams, motivate staff, and meet production goals.
● Strong understanding of production processes, volume-based performance metrics, and shift management.
● Comfortable with email correspondence, data entry, and using computer-based reporting tools.
● Highly detail-oriented, especially when managing and verifying production documentation.
● Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
● Physically able to lift 25 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally; extended standing and walking required.
● Must be available to work onsite 45 hours per week, with flexibility for overtime or occasional weekend work.
