What You'll Do as a Night Shift Supervisor:
- Lead and motivate a team of 15–25 production employees.
- Ensure production, quality, and safety goals are met.
- Troubleshoot and analyze equipment performance and issues.
- Communicate clearly to maintain workflow and team alignment.
- Enforce safety protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Utilize Kronos Time & Attendance for employee time tracking.
- Lead and manage all aspects of manufacturing processes and systems.
Work Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous manufacturing or production leadership experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn equipment operation and QC systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 12-hour shifts.
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and results.
- College degree preferred (but not required).
