What You’ll Do as a Project Manager:
- Lead strategic and tactical projects across the facility to develop new customer solutions—potentially on a global scale.
- Collaborate with Sales, Services, Finance, and other teams to exceed customer expectations.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring top-tier quality.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to drive impactful results.
- Perform data analysis to guide smart, logic-based solutions.
- Present executive-level business cases and proposals.
Work Experience
What You'll Bring:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- 3 years of Project Management experience or equivalent.
- Strong cross-functional teamwork and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Adaptability, multitasking skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- PMP Certification.
- Experience in Services-Customer Fulfillment Operations.
- SAP WMS knowledge and CapEx Budget Management.
