What You'll Do as a Quality Assurance Technician:
- Verifications of lab equipment and scales
- HACCP team member
- Testing Finished Product for Quality
- Verification of quality products
- Production file management
- Release of Production Folders for shipment
- Assist with program development
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Observe and inspect manufacturing as required
- Assist the Research Development Team
- Housekeeping in the lab as necessary
- Follow all OSHA and plant safety rules
- Other duties as required by leadership
Work Experience
The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:
- Certifications: HACCP, PCQI, SQF Practitioner.
- Education: High School Graduate
- Experience: Proven track record in quality assurance, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Skills: Strong communication.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/inventory systems.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish is a plus!
